Lead Times

EDSCO has invested in sufficient equipment capacity to enable us to meet most quick turnaround lead-time requirements.

Transit Times

Because we operate out of three strategically-located facilities, transit times from EDSCO’s facilities to most shipping points are reduced to provide optimal service levels.


EDSCO maintains full material traceability on every product that we produce. Each product component can be traced back to supplier Certifications or Material Testing Reports (MTRs). EDSCO can also provide whatever product or material documentation that you require with your order.

Order Preparation

EDSCO strives to make doing business with us as easy as possible. This includes preparing our products for shipment in such a way that they are easier to use upon delivery. We palletize, band, and / or shrink wrap our products for ease of receipt and use.


Shipping Documentation

Beyond arranging for cost-effective transportation and preparation of all shipping documents, EDSCO also takes digital photos of each outbound shipment to confirm the product’s condition upon shipment.

Order Status Reporting

EDSCO provides its customers with order shipment confirmation and daily or weekly shipment summaries that lets you track deliveries and proactively communicate to your customers, if necessary.
